Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions govern the use of this online application system.
  2. Fee once paid will not be refunded under normal circumstances. If there is an excess or duplicate payment due to network errors, the candidate may file a claim along with evidence.
  3. In case a candidate deposits fees multiple times through same or different payment modes, the refund of the additional amount shall be at the sole discretion of Mizoram Police.
  4. Candidates are requested to provide the following details in support of their request for refund, cancellation, or unsuccessful transaction:

    Required Information:

    • Candidate's Full Name
    • Registration ID / Application Number
    • Transaction ID / Bank Reference Number
    • Date & Time of Transaction
    • Registered Mobile Number
